These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unbubble News (the “Service”). The Service helps you analyze content — a URL, text, or images — and generates a report that may include summaries, key claims with verdicts, context, and multiple viewpoints. The Service is available via the website, browser extension, and other integrations (such as messaging bots, email forwarding, and developer APIs).
The Service is operated under the Unbubble News brand and available at unbubble.news. For privacy and data protection information, see our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Certain features (such as saving reports) may require you to sign in using Google or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
When you submit content (a URL, text, images, or messages via our integrations), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to process the submitted content strictly for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (including fetching pages and extracting relevant metadata as described in the Privacy Policy).
We do not claim ownership of your submitted content. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated reports for your own lawful purposes.
Please do not submit content that contains sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records, private documents, account reset links).
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Service, users, or third parties.
The Service generates reports using automated AI systems from multiple third-party providers. Reports may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying information using primary sources and your own judgment.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or journalistic advice).
Reports can be shared via a link. Anyone with the link may be able to access the report. You are responsible for whom you share links with and for ensuring you do not share content you do not have the right to share.
Messaging bots: messages sent to our bots (e.g. Telegram) are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your use of the messaging platform is subject to its own terms of service.
Email forwarding: you may generate a personal forwarding email address to submit content for analysis. You are responsible for the content you forward. The forwarding address can be revoked at any time from your account settings.
Developer API: third-party applications may access the Service on your behalf via our API, subject to your authorization. Rate limits and usage policies apply.
The Service may offer interactive features such as stance selection, argument rating, or surveys. Participation is voluntary. Your responses may be used in aggregate for research and service improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and design. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal, personal, or organizational use.
Third-party content accessed via submitted content remains the property of its respective owners. The Service may display extracted metadata (e.g., title and image) and generated analyses related to that content.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication, infrastructure hosting, and AI model providers). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. See the Privacy Policy for details about our main service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections).
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will publish updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
The Service is operated by Carlo Martinucci, Via Fulvio Testi 1, 35125 Padova (PD), Italy. For questions about these Terms, contact legal@unbubble.news.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
